DropAnalyser is an automated jetting characterization software. This is a highly comprehensive tool giving rapid, automatic access to all the information required for jetting characterization: droplet diameter and velocity, angular deviation and clogged nozzle detection. The results are all plotted in graphic form so they can be immediately analyzed by the user.

DropAnalyser is equipped with a camera and stroboscopic lightning synchronized with jetting, enabling it to obtain automatically all the information required for jetting characterization: droplet diameter and velocity, angular deviation and clogged nozzle detection. The application can be used to map the complete printhead, irrespective of the number of active nozzles. The software makes a configurable number of measurements to enhance pertinence. It also allows static and dynamic acquisition.

DropAnalyser presents the results in graphic form including average value and standard deviation. This approach enables the user to see his jetting quality immediately without having to skim through a huge data table. 

DropAnalyser also generates a complete jetting report in the HTML-format filed page, which indicates all the jetting parameters. These data are filed and can be quickly re-used for analysis, comparison or reference.

DropAnalyser offers the possibility of identifying nozzles that are blocked or have jetting characteristics that are outside specifications. The user can hence choose to rectify potential problems or just ignore these nozzles. In the latter case, the system generates a new map of the printhead (without the defective nozzles) and transfers it to the printing driver. Consequently, the printing script is automatically adapted in a way that is obvious for the user. This is a significant time-saver during the development stages.
