CERADROP provides R&D services on the basis of precise specifications (substrates, materials, geometry of components to be printed, thermal requierment), to demonstrate the technical feasibility of using new inkjet printing to manufacture new components.

Small batch manufacturing: after having validated the conditions for manufacturing a given component, CERADROP can produce small batches in order to demonstrate process reproducibility in industrial conditions.

Our process development team works in close collaboration with our ink formulation laboratory. The team has a three CeraPrinters set up in a clean room dedicated to development work on behalf of our customers and partners.
